A Reunion ...
I've been blessed with a reunion of sorts!
Not for me..but the celebration of a 50th Wedding Anniversary.
Close friends all-my surrogate family.
Bob and Kit.
Life is short..
Spend your time wisely..
And at the age of 63 in October I feel
the grim reaper knocking..
Here I am..can you see me?
Such a longtime since I've written a Journal.
So see me. I'm still the same old guy you've come to know..
I've just not been around in a while.
Life changes, it has a baring on your soul.
Not always for the ill, but an effect on it none the less.
There have been friends I've come to know..some lost others found.
I've counted a few I've made here over the last few years.
and for that I'm grateful.
My camera's gone..I will have it back soon and maybe I can contribute something
more to this world of ours.

Glenn Frey of the Eagles.. RIP.
The 'Eagles' started as the backing band for Linda Ronstadt back in the 70's. As the group evolved into their
own - members came and went. They ended up with Glenn, Don Henley, Timothy B. Schmidt and Joe Walsh.
How many songs an you count..I grew up with the band and cruising our neighborhood in our 1st cars the Eagles
would be background music either on tape or radio.
"Heartache Tonight", "Witchy Woman", "Hotel California", Tequila Sunrise", "Already Gone", "Peaceful Easy Feeling",
"Heat is On"...these were the theme songs of our youth.
Along with the loss of David Bowey.. I don't know about you - I'm feeling a bit dated.
